The First Slice

Dion's opens its very first location at 4717 Central Ave NE in Albuquerque, NM. The founder's vision: serve the best pizza in the Southwest using fresh, real ingredients and genuine hospitality.

1985

Growing the Dions Family

After years of packed dining rooms and a loyal following, dions expands to three additional Albuquerque locations. The signature dion's pizza recipe is standardized to maintain the quality our guests love.

1997

Menu Expansion

Responding to guest feedback, Dions introduces its now-famous fresh salads and house-made Ranch dressing — a move that would become a defining feature of the dions experience across the United States.

2005
